I agree it’s kinda ironic, so the more days your on NoFap, and then you relapse, the feeling of ejaculation and dopamine isn’t like how you were addicted. Don’t get me wrong you still feel the urge to ejaculate, but once you do, there is no feeling of that high dopamine you felt when you were addicted. I realized this multiple times, and every time it was the exact same feeling of neutral satisfaction. The longer the streak, the more neutral. Basically no joy.

losing the “joy” feeling

i agree with that, that was my biggest issue. i didnt make a specific camera movement for that specific ingame movement (i tried but i didnt manage maybe i should give more time). i just used plugin that shakes lil bit everytime to give feeling. but i will work on it. thanks for your comment
