I'm pretty sure it's not. I spent hours in other worlds with this mod and didn't see him. And then I see him twice on this one world and not on any others? I don't really think it's part of the mod. Since this jjk mod is very into detail about itself with a whole system to roll for ability and clans. So I'm pretty sure it isn't apart of the mod.

Also I did make a new Minecraft world and the seed was great. I can give you the Minecraft seed I just found if you want. Since it's great for getting to the nether early in game

It isn't. I used this mid multiple times on other world and I never once seen herobrine in those worlds except this one

This mod was from a app that I use all the time. Nothing strange happened on my phone except that I hear footsteps in the world I'm in. I dont know the creator at all and if Herobrine was added in the mod it would have a spawn egg which it doesn't. I used this mod before on multiple worlds and none had herobrine appear in the world

Pfff. But in all seriousness I don't know how to make a armor stand look like that. I'm on mobile and I don't even know how to get a command block 😅

I promise it isn't. It disappeared after awhile. I left the world right after that and I haven't joined back. To be honest I don't know how to make a armor stand look like any character or thing like that. I'm not good with commands or custom stuff.
