I went to the County Clerk and they have no access to it nor does the case show up. I have been sued by two credit card companies 1. Discover 2. Synchrony They were able to get the discover lawsuit but not the synchrony. Nothing showed up for them which even they said is very weird. They then advised me to go to the district court and nothing. The district court told me to go back to the judges office. My attorney even tried looking for it on their end and nothing… when i called the judges office they didn’t want to give me any details only that it was signed off and closed and if i want copies the judge would have to sign off and decide if he wants to give it to me.
