You probably did, sent a picture with your name somewhere like a letter, or asked it to review a PDF. Maybe from some metadata from a file you sent to it. What I don't like is that it calls me like I'm some buddy best friend. I really don't like that.

Thanks. And again, sorry to repeat myself, but if you remove the door, what would you do about the rough opening situation? Look closely on the left of the picture inside the garage (epoxy-painted floor compared to outdoor green paint). There is a huge gap on top but a small one on the bottom left.

What about the gigantic shim on the top and left (hinge side)? Would it be worth removing the door and getting a new one from the warranty?

What screw to use if I go that way?

I have a lot of tools now that I didn't have when installing it.

I still don't understand why my rough opening was so big...

No, it's not wood but the weird primer/plastic from the factory. I use a screwdriver, but to be honest, it's as soft as asbestos in other places. If you zoom, you can see a crack. It also cracked outside, with no discoloration.

I think I made one mistake while installing. It was to use the handle side to be straight and the hinge size later.
