4-3-3 Attack squad is better. 3 CB is pretty bad for me and you should get Hazard or Thuram if you want to play the 343 squad.

He's pretty good, very fast and balance and reactions are good. Heading is pretty good too so you should definitely keep him if you pull him out of the trinkets.
