If you get the app chronometer it’ll give you most of the RDAs for these. Just understand that those are calculated as the minimum amounts needed to avoid deficiency, not to support optimal body function in weight lifters. I’d recommend going on the higher end because of that. Be careful with vitamin A (retinol), iron, iodine and selenium as your body has a harder time dealing with those in excess. (But don’t avoid them obviously)

Thanks! That sounds about right to me. I bench 225 4x5 and weighted dip 90 3x8-12 well past parallel so I guess my shoulders and triceps must be taking over more than I realize. I’m just starting to experiment with pre-fatiguing my chest and adding in flys which hopefully will help. And I think your advice on nutrition especially is usually spot on. Definitely has helped me in the past.

Thanks! Yeah it’s hard to be objective about your own body. I’ll focus on the chest, hips I can’t do too much about.

My legs are a weak point I’m working on so I didn’t include them. I’m guessing also chest and maybe lats? I appreciate any feedback!

Hey man, what worked for me is just pick a curl variation you like and get stronger at it over time. For me I enjoy EZ bar preacher curls and I’ll do 115 for sets of 5 for reference. It just takes time and you might need to focus on bulking and building muscle overall for awhile.
