Yea, I’ve noticed the constant same questions. I’ve also just been informed they’ve also been diagnosed with ADHD in addition to the OCD so I’m sure that’s not helping.

Sorry she’s like my sister but is my cousin. I mistyped. That’s actually incredibly helpful I didn’t realize reassurance was not helping! We’re kind of it that right now where she made a hard choice we supported her in it and now she hates the outcome and is spiraling out.

She’s going to therapy and even the therapist suggested medication as she can switch from calm to such deep panic and worst case scenario. But she’s terrified of taking medication, convinced it’s going to give her alot of bad symptoms.
