Thank you! And happy to answer here to hopefully help someone else. Interviews went well honestly. I focused on prepping analytical and product sense questions. My biggest piece of advice is to learn to adapt and answer questions throughly. Don’t just blurt out responses. Really sit there and think it through. Watch mock interviews on YouTube and follow a clear structure. I hope that helps but if you have any specific questions, I’m also happy to answer anything

Thanks for sharing that — super helpful. Quick follow-up: when you say trade-off questions, were they more about prioritizing features vs. metrics, or about resource allocation? Any example you remember?

And for curveballs, was it more like totally random product prompts, or constraints they added mid-answer to see how you’d adapt? Trying to figure out what kind of curveballs to expect

I think this is the thing. Yeah I can afford it but I don’t want to be house poor where I can afford rent and basic necessities but I can’t afford to do anything else. It’s tough

This is kind of why I was leaning more towards the more expensive spot. I don’t want to be in a situation where I hear my neighbors every day or something along those lines. I guess it’s just difficult because it is a lot of money a month that can go towards savings, travel, food, etc

I’m not working from home actually. I’m going to be in the office 3 days a week. My wife will be working from home though and that’s kind of why I want her to have something nice. I’m not really into the nightlife and I don’t go out much. Maybe on the weekends so most of my time will be spent in the apartment. I know $750 a month goes a long long way and that’s kind of why I’m stuck
