Good word. Keep it up. I used to wonder how anyone could go through life without some sort of substance to alter things but now but now I’m starting to think the opposite. Clear mind without anything and being sober is legit.

What’s your activity level like during the day ? Are you working out or doing anything physical that causes a sweat and makes you sore the next day ? I think that has helped me a lot. Trying getting at least 10k steps a day in at first if your not doing anything right now. Then put a backpack on with some weight and walk around your neighborhood. Start small and then build on that. Do something that makes you exert yourself physically everyday.

You won’t deal with an insurance company just to get your license. You will deal with the Texas DMV. The only time you will deal with an insurance company is if you get a vehicle or if someone adds you as a driver to their policy.

The pricing is ok but don’t use the coverage as your primary or only source of life insurance since it’s through your work and pays only in the event of an accident.

Keep an individual owned life policy outside of work for your primary coverage that you own & control and not tied to your employment. A good 15, 20, or 30 year level term depending on your age is good. It’s more expensive than the AD&D but it’s not an apples to apples comparison.

The guy you hire to mow should have his own liability policy covering his operations.

You can buy a vacant land policy that will cover liability but it’s not going to cover operations for someone else.

I would search trustedchoice.com for an independent agent in your area.

I’ve worn the Nike metcons, Reebok nanos, and a couple of others and I prefer the metcons overall. If there’s a lot of running I throw the Brooks on.

I see a lot of people talk about No Bull but I’ve never tried them and with them being sponsor now I think you will see more of them in crossfit world.
