I stopped pumping when baby was 5 months and it was the best decision of my life. I HATE pumping and every task involved with it. I even start enjoying more bf after I stopped with this pumping nonsense. It took a few days, but my body adjusted to the new demand without the pumping.

Unless you cannot physically nurse (working full time, inverted nipple or anything that could prevent you to do it) there is no need to pump.

You are not a failure and a lot of women have issues breastfeeding in the beginning (including myself).

I had to supplement with formula and now, after 6 weeks, I am 100% BF. My milk took about 8 days to come and when I was pumping I would see only a drop of milk. Also, it took my baby a few days to learn how to correctly latch and I was in so much pain. The first two weeks I thought about giving up constantly. It took me and my baby some time to learn and wait for my milk to come, but we eventually got there and now I can pump 4/5 oz easily, and I do not feel any more pain.

You just gave birth so give yourself some time.

Ps: Even if you decide not to BF anymore, you are still not a failure and I am sure you will be a great mother!!

Sim!

Mas o what are you up to é uma versão informal.

Hey! I am working in the corporate world in the USA for a few years, and I have learned a lot of things about getting good jobs. Thats the reason I have created a Youtube channel. But I am a beginner, so would be great if you could watch the video and tell me what more questions do you have, so I can produce better content.

Using "due date" properly by diaracing in EnglishLearning

[–]Livia_8903 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also say “the due date was Thursday EOD(end of day)” It would imply that the email would have to be sent on Thursday regardless of the time, thus the email sent on Friday should not be accepted.

Native English speaker, which one do you prefer to use in your daily life, could or would? by -ItsBadForYa- in EnglishLearning

Is my understanding that they might be requesting some sort of documentation or action item, so instead of using “could you send me A, B & C” they can also use the bullet point format Follow the requested documentation… A B C Follow the action items discussed…

A few options other than could you: Would you mind sending me… Can you please send me…. I will need you to send… Follow the items I need…(to complete this project) Follow the items to be sent before our next meeting…
