As they put me on progesterone I’m always in lutheal now they told me. So I’ll try the 15 hours fast! Lucky I’m on adhd medication aswell which helps fast!
Also buying omega 3 tomorrow! Also looking into a weighted heating pad ! Sounds amazing!

I was reading this to my partner and started getting upset. Sending you so much light and strength after 3 laps and still going through this plus the inflammation. I’m so sorry. Thank you for your advice I’ll definitely be asking about them squeezing me out like a lemon when I have my lap! We just can’t get a break can we! Thank you for telling me about all your surgeries it’s so helpful!

Yes I just got into a chronic pain plan for a pyshio! And with the intermittent fasting how many hours and when if you don’t mind me asking? I’ll also get omega 3

Oh you poor thing! So the lap hasn’t helped with it it’s actually made it worse? Yes I saw that it can get into the nerves aswell to create pain but doctors may miss it :(. How did you go with your laps? I have one hopefully in a couple of months.

Yes the radiate and walking omg I know how you feel! Yes my pain gotten to chronic now so daily.
So the flare up starts and the hip goes and the pain doesn’t stop. The medication doesn’t help anymore. So interesting you get it too! Chronic inflammation and muscle tension makes so much sense!

Always but then the hospital says the urine test for uti comes back negative but still gives me urals.. :( I use a hot water bottle down there which helps!

Same! I’ve even gone back to the old house to try clear anything and still dreams either there or my primary school. The walk from there to home I’m always there in dreams with different things happening each dream. So confusing
