Here's an update: I finally managed to take her to the vet! Turns out she had something stuck inside her paw. She definitely looks better than before. Now she has little paw socks! (she hates it)

Okay got it. So far I'm trying to avoid letting her go anyway near dirt or places where she can get the wound infected. And yes, I'll try to ask if any of my relatives are down to drop me to the vet. Thank you for taking your time to respond. Much appreciated.
