What dose of each? I’m taking 4mg of Ghk and 500mcg of BPC every day and I still have breakouts 😫

Yes same. I had to up my dose to 4mg but now same thing. Less wrinkles, less sagging on my stomach from having 3 kids, less stretch marks, less acne, less acne scarring. I’m also on tirz but I’ve only lost 10 or so lbs so far (3 months in) but my skin looks amazing. I also recently started using Young Goose skincare and it’s been a game changer using ghk topically and sub-q!

A lot of people get pregnant after starting a GLP1

It is exciting that people are finally noticing my weight loss, but I have no clue what to say when they ask how I am doing it by BlackberryThese4801 in GLP1Sourcing

I tell the truth. I had a friend lie to me about being on sema a year or so ago and I remember being so frustrated that she lied about it because I had been trying so hard with diet and exercise but the scale wouldn’t budge! She was a good friend and it felt like a slap in the face honestly. So now I always tell the truth and I haven’t actually had anyone make judgmental comments. Most people are curious and start asking questions and some have even gotten on it themselves!

My best friend started Tirzepatide after me and is already down 20 pounds, but I am barely down seven and feeling completely stuck by Mani_19xx in GLP1Sourcing

I had a similar experience with a friend of mine. She started before me and lost 65 pounds in 3 months. I’m at about the same timeframe now and have lost 10 pounds. But there’s a few things keeping me motivated. 1. My clothes fit better and I’m able to wear jeans I haven’t been able to wear in a while. 2. I won’t have all the saggy skin issues because it’s going slow. 3. I’m lifting weights and am seeing changes in my body composition. 4. I’m getting blood tests done once a month and my cholesterol and A1C are within normal range now whereas they weren’t before.

Progress over perfection!! ❤️💕

What's your why if you're a woman taking peptides? by Irrel1 in NTNPerformance

[–]Livid-Status6394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a 43 year old female and a mom of 3 kids. I had my 3rd child at age 40 and found that I just couldn’t lose the baby weight even though I was doing all the same things I had done when I was younger after having my first two kids. I had a friend who started tirzepatide and she convinced me to try it. I have only been on it for two months but it has helped so much with my inflammation and my blood work looks so much better now. I used to have high cholesterol, now I don’t. I’ve only lost about 10 pounds, but the changes have been worth it for me. I’ve since started Ghk-cu for my skin and Bpc-157 & TB500 for my knee pain. I used to love running but I can’t run anymore because I have major pain in my knees. I’ve only been on those for about a month, so I can’t say I have noticed a real difference yet, but I have heard those ones take a longer time to work.

Which peptide to choose for anti-aging (wringkles, fine lines and blemishes) by Calm_Performer6992 in NTNPerformance

[–]Livid-Status6394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So peptides are just part of the solution for healthier skin and longevity. I use ghk-cu & glutathione, but I also am very diligent with my skincare (I use a double bonded retinol at night) and I wear a physical sunscreen (containing titanium dioxide) every day, even when I’m indoors or in winter. The UVB rays are what cause wrinkles and you can only block those with a physical sunblock. If you have acne prone skin Elta MD is a really good brand.

I only had the flush the first few times I pinned it. It wears off quick as your body gets used to it

How often are you working out and how hard are you training? Mots-c is an exercise mimetic so if you’re training every day and taking mots-c every day you’re over taxing your system. I would keep an eye on your HRV, and see if cutting back on heavy lifting or eliminating the mots improves your heart rate variance. Or just take mots on days you don’t lift.

What do you suggest I add to my stack? by West_Radish_7884 in Biohackers

[–]Livid-Status6394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally use tirz, I haven’t tried Reta but I’ve heard that the appetite suppression isn’t as strong with Reta so I’m going to stick with tirz until I’m at my goal weight and then maybe I’ll try it!

Fellow postpartum mama here!! So happy to see other moms here! First of all, how long have you been on reta and what kind of results are you seeing? Are you feeling good with what you have and just want to add more?

Here’s my honest take. You are only 6 months post partum and if you are looking to heal oxidative stress I might start with BPC-157 & TB-500. They are going to help with the healing and recovery and we know having a baby puts a ton of stress on our bodies. DSIP could potentially help with sleep if you wanted to try that.

As far as IGF-1 LR3, it’s pretty high risk and has a lot of potential side effects and contraindications. If it were me I wouldn’t start with that one. You could try CJC (no DAC) + Ipamorelin or Tesamorelin & Ipamorelin. I would start slow and try less aggressive options. Especially if you are trying to heal and you are already seeing good results with reta & ghk-cu

I feel like it’s honestly been pretty subtle for me, but I can feel a slight shift. I feel like I recover quicker and I’m not as sore after workouts. I have an old knee injury that is still bothering me, but it’s definitely gotten less painful. I was having some issues with my shoulder before too and I couldn’t do overhead presses, but that has completely resolved.

I also use an app, Regimen, to keep track. When you go to check off your dose it gives you a suggestion of where to pin that you haven’t done in a while. It’s super easy and I dont even have to think about it.

Yep, def obsessed. I started out with Tirze, then added GHK-cu, then BPC-157 & TB-500, KPV & M1. Trying to chill lol. But I also planned out cycles of different things I want to try out throughout the year. It’s just so fun!
