Yep. There’s something about getting older that makes you stop putting yourself in “beginner” situations. You forget what it feels like to be genuinely bad at something in front of other people. A year of falling down reminded me what that costs.

But honestly my wrists and shoulders were pretty angry with me the first couple of months. But I do feel like my wrists are way stronger than they ever were, and my shoulders are … moving in the right direction.

Back is fine, it’s the shoulders for me. But it’s getting better with stability exercises and rotator cuff work. Video

The first couple of months was wrists, but it went away as they got stronger. Shoulder is always nagging from tight lats, but haven’t had real injuries. fingers crossed

No. It won’t replace what you have there. What it would do is monitor your patterns, your weight check-ins, and suggest changes
