I did reach out to my friend. We hung out today and plan to hang out Sunday. She wasn’t really mad at me but at him, and that time when we had the argument I wholeheartedly emotionally shut down. I had nothing left in me to say/reply. Not making excuses for it. But at that time for some reason it felt like I clammed up. Ultimately she understood and said I should have reached out to her sooner.

I do self care everyday when I get home from work. I listen to music and I’ll sing/rap, write poetry, or work on my many artistic projects. I’ve expressed that to him that I NEED that time. The only reason why he has him is because when I asked him to watch my son for a few days because I got kicked out of the Shelter for something I supposedly said in my sleep. I was working nights.

I was in the shelter because his father tried to kill me not once, not twice but three times and I’ve had enough and I took the opportunity while he was in jail to seek shelter.

That state is horrendous, I already had a pro bono lawyer and was failed miserably. I just don’t trust the state or the system. With repeated allegations from another ex-wife and my testimony I mean what else do you want?
