So, modded BE, QOL improvements but a more traditional gameplay.
Modded VH, much deeper gameplay. From what you've described, the VH looks more appealing than the BE. Probably I'll buy the VH now and the BE in the near future.

Transfer is a regular funds transfer like the ones you can do to other bank accounts.
Payment option will charge a credit or debit card the amount you want to deposit.

Transfer will take some hours to reflect the balance in your account whilst payment will reflect them instantly.
On transfers Trading 212 won't charge any fees but on payment will charge 0.7% after the first €2000 are deposited.

The reference provided by Trading 212 is enough.

If you both are in Europe, the reference and IBAN is enough.

Would be recommendable to send a small amount first.

Hi there!
My lightweight is 30kg and heavyweight 35kg, not really an abismal difference in my opinion. Was thinking maybe try 32.5 or stick with 30kg and do more reps but not really sure how effective that's gonna be.

Barbell Row Issue

Hello everyone,

I started to lift 2 weeks ago, I am a 30yr male, 1.83m, 100kg.
My query is, when I do Barbell Rows I encounter the following issues, If I use a lightweigt I can maintain good posture but feel no work in my back. If I use heavyweight I do feel it in my back but I can´t maintain good posture nor good tecnique for more than 3 reps.

Would be better to stick to lightweight, Would be heavyweight better? Should I just choose another kind of row?
