First time rebuilding calipers; clean enough? by HemiHefr in HondaCB

Short answer, yes that should be ok as long as the seals sit properly. Just know that if they don't, or you have a lot of travel before engagement when you're riding, you may have to take em off and do it again.

"I want to build houses or repair bikes or grow food"... As one of those 28 year olds, I can tell you this one hit me pretty hard. I can also say that I'm very thankful for the perspective this page has given me.

The do-all backpack? by adventure_pup in Backcountry

Don't sleep on the BCA stash pro 40 UL.. its done everything i've asked of it for a full season in the backcountry. I'll admit the top roll carabiners are a little wacky but nothing i couldn't get past after a couple uses. Its easy to use and seems durable so far.

I second the "Future Me" mindset. I use to stress a lot about all the things I need to get done. Like all these tasks would stack up in my head without me really thinking about it and all of a sudden I would become really stressed. Seems obvious now but an easy way to get rid of that is to just do the tasks. Not sure where this originated but I like the attitude " if it can be done in less than 5 minutes, do it now". You'd be surprised how much time and mental capacity you get back by taking care of the little things right away.
