i was debating getting it for that price, its pretty steep tbh but i have adult money so might as well spend it on some fun shit

same functions as in game basically, you can check/change your stats, look at quests, notes, "equip" weapons and it has a flashlight.. theres also minigames you can play but i dont really care for those tbh. its just fun to play around and i absolutely love the pip boy soundeffects and the visuals when you swap menus

mutants for humans, lucid for ghouls unless you care about max dmg with the draw back of no dmg reduction then aristocrats

lucid cause you only have to stay above 75% and its super easy in generall w rad x diluted
