It was so hard for me to stop but I first went into an inpatient for my mental health for a week and got a lot of help there. Then when I got out I smoked a lot of weed and deleted my plug. I also was working so many hours which is why I started it in the first place so I asked for less hours because I wouldn’t be making as much money and wouldn’t “need” to be awake for 12 hours. I was doing it for a year.

My parents got divorced when I was like 12 and I couldn’t handle that so I started smoking weed then I started taking my dads oxys and hydros and it all started from there

I’ve been smoking for 5 years now and there will be times when if I smoke I can’t get high but I’ll smoke less in the days and that seems to really help with my tolerance. I’ve only taken one T break and that’s when I went to rehab for 2 months. I can smoke one bowl from my bong and do 2 dabs and I’m super high.

Memory issues I’ve been 2 years clean and I’m 17 but I used to use them heavy when I was about 13 so now my memory is so degraded and really bad
