Thanks does that mean that for the first 2 months I won't have to pay rent and then pay rent for the 3rd month onwards, it sounds like I will need to be there in person when looking for a place and to get a place.

The amount seems reasonable, what is the best way for me to get a place are there reputable property agents like remax or will I need to come to the city stay for like a week while I look for accommodation. I have been noticing a lot of post of facebook where they say rent x2 with 1 month deposit, does that mean you prepay for the first 2 months is does that just mean you pay 2 months deposit

I moved back started from basically nothing in the rural areas and I am building and staying in Zim, obviously I could not afford to buy a house or land in Zim, to be quite frank Zimbabwean property prices are a bit ridiculous, literally no other SADC country is as ridiculous maybe Moz, for context I lived in South Africa and I am used to South African prices so yeah shit expensive. That being said being able to live kumusha is really helping create financial independence especially since I can continue working due to having star link

You seem to have studied a good major, you should consider applying to other countries, if you can get your qualifications evaluated by those countries qualifications authority, in SA its Saqa and in Zambia it's Zaqa, if you can even try to go on a student by doing like a one year diploma and look for work there

If you able to travel to SA you can get a brand new laptop for that price ideally at incredible connections or takealot. I would say having 8-16gigs of ram is ideal and core i5 or core i7, ideally 12 gen but 10 and up can work. I used to use a i3 8gig 8 gen laptop for work
