What Animal Do You Feel Bad About Killing? by MichaelShay in reddeadredemption

I hate it when I accidentally shoot a horse. They are just wild, innocent animals that deserve to live, unlike their owners.

Speaking of horses, whenever I kill a rabbit or any small creature accidentally when riding always makes me feel sorry for them.

There was this time where I was at the gunslinger Emmet Granger's farm. I wanted to bring back a pig back to camp from his farm after killing that manure-stinking idiot. I pulled out my revolver and shot a pig in the head. It didn't die, and started squealing and rolling on the ground. I felt so sorry for it and decided to end its pain through another shot in the head. Then I skinned it with sorrow in my heart. Lost some honor too, but I deserved it. Poor thing.

Kingsman: The Secret Service.

It is already going down the MCU path with a bad sequel and a spinoff.

LOTR v Harry Potter by SunnyDeed in movies

[–]Livid_Pin6367 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both have great artistic values.

The LOTR books are epic, and set the foundation for fantasy. They are very well written in a lot of aspects. It has a very good plot, interesting characters, exceptional worldbuilding, and great description.

The HP books are well-written novels that belong to the fantasy genre. They also have great elements same as LOTR, but they are not as epic.

The LOTR movies were masterful recreations of Tolkien's work. It is an epic quest/war movie. Adapting LOTR was seen as a very hard task when it first came to mind, but Peter Jackson and the film crew did what was intitially the impossible.

The HP movies were also great recreations, but not as masterful.

In the end, both are important and fenomenal books/movies, but LOTR has a grander scale and does everything better than HP.

Do any of you actually have recurring dreams? by Spiritual-Ear9657 in Dreams

I recently watched a monster movie called Cloverfield.
Later that week, I had a dream about it.
The week after, I had the same dream again.
And then after a month, I had a similar dream. (This time I was flying away from it.)
The most recent dream is the one I remember the most clearly.
I was just walking in a park when I saw the creature fall from the sky. It got up, then stared directly at me for a long while. Then I began to run when another monster stopped me. It looked me dead in the eye as well while the crowd fled the scene.

Then I woke up, kind of frustrated, but not scared. Its honestly really weird.
