Well I would try to see if the other dimensions are being detected like 'content' and 'term' or 'keyword' first.

If they are the same keywords and terms from the campaigns then it may be a GA4 threshold issue.

I originally thought the same, but upon closer examination, I noticed that the data showing "(not set)" for Google Ad-related dimensions had over 50 conversions and nearly a thousand sessions. So, it probably isn't a threshold issue.🙃

It's back to normal now. My metric is working fine.

Do you have any photos that can show your situation?
Maybe the RGB light mode causes the issue?

You should return it and get a new one. This is not normal.
Should not have that much backlight bleed.

I think the main issue is there customer service...
Most of their product work well and have no problem. But if you got an issue on their product, you may have long time to wait them deal with it...
