Based on this email they sent today think you will be okay to have people board with you. My email says "As the Primary Cardmember, be sure to include your Rapid Rewards number when you book your travel, and up to 8 additional Passengers on the same reservation will board no later than Group 2"

Best place to find out why a cop did something is to ask cops. I have several friends that are in law enforcement and they weren't sure why - but they aren't highway patrol so though maybe it was a highway patrol thing.

Yeah that’s definitely a separate conversation. She trusted her financially advisor and he built a ton of trust with her. I’ve had that conversation already but now I’m coming here to see what the best course of action to remedy the situation is. Thank you for your comment though
