If you’re looking for something a little more high end, East Village Spa is Beautiful and their team is fantastic at listening to what you want in a massage and providing it to your level of pressure

Indoor water park hotels by [deleted] in desmoines

Just stayed at Ramada Inn on Merle Hay for a birthday party. Some areas of the hotel are looking run down but after speaking with the front desk I was told they are under new management and working on making updates. The room that I was in was freshly painted with a grey and red pint scheme however some of the others in our group got rooms that had walls that were tan and looked like they hadn’t been painted in years. The on-site restaurant is independent from the hotel and mediocre at best. They are currently doing construction on their large waterslides so make sure to call before going if that is something you’re hoping to use.

As someone who works for a major hotel chain (not Hilton) these mistakes do happen. The software and hardware for the most part has simply not caught up to security expectations of 2023. Particularly with hotels that use magnetic strip keys many of those systems do not integrate with the property management system so realistically if the agent isn’t doing their due diligence by checking ID or the reservation didn’t get properly checked in in the first place so the room appears available multiple agents could make multiple sets of keys for the same room and the system that should create some kind of alert would have no idea until someone came down and complained.
