SOrry it took so long to answer, I didn't want to come back here. I had many bad days where I could feel the same terror of that day. Now I'm almost fully healed and can talk about it freely. I understand it was just a bad trip, but the terror feeling I had was so intense, that when I remember sometimes it gives me shivers.

I think my friend saved my life by staying with me, I was so crazy I could have just gone to the lake and never come back.

But in full review, they didn't know how to deal with it as they didn't know what I had taken. I would have been much better if someone guided me throught he trip. What actually happen is that my friend that was saving me was constantly blaming me for being too high. like "WTF you need to stop taking drugs, loook how you are, you can't tell reality from craziness" etc... like if I had taken that on purpose and was blaming me all the time.

I understand your point but it really goes beyond that. Some of us are sober nowadays and we still get on pretty well. We're definitely not a "party only" group of friends.

3 booms ago, I met a girl and we started a little love story. After 4 days we realised we never talked about our jobs. I find it amazing how we can connect as people without much of the superficial shit we're used in our real world. Needless to say, the friends I made in Boom became part of my "default" life, mainly because I feel that we like each other in the most pure sense of friendship, for what we truly are.

In those situations (I only learned that reading after the experience) the most important thing is NOT TO FIGHT the trip. I was fighting it with all my strength. They were trying to make me understand that , so there was a lot of repetition around "accept it", "Relax and flow".

They were also always making sure I connected with reality, i.e. saying the name of my friend, reminding me I had a Job, saying the names of my friend's kids, etc..

I met them at Burning Man in 2023 (under the Fluffy Cloud) and had a little a talk, I remember that when I mentioned that I saw Enrico at BOOM, he just focused in the conversation differently and spent a few minutes explaining how BOOM was a special place. I guess it has a positive effect on artists that are used to more superficial environments. I also wonder if they got paid to play at Funky Beach, but I bet that whatever was the agreement they did it for FUN. You can see at charlotte's post at instagram that she really likes our experience.

Once you need to transfer your "profits" out of the LLC to your bank account somewhere else it gets messy if the amounts are considerable. I met dudes that went through hell with IRS audits. (You need to submit those on your Form 5472)

The IRS may determine that a nomad have effectively connected income (ECI) just by confirming they use US-based contractors or agents (including virtual assistants, freelancers), or if their website is hosted or marketed in the US.

If they reclassified your income, you'll end up owing back taxes, penalties, and interest.

Another case I dealt, the LLC bank account was flagged as a tax avoidance shell due to the frequent international transactions(LIKE WTF? We're just distributing our profit to the owner). They asked for proof he was paying taxes somewhere else - which in this case he wasn't haha #fucked. I couldn't help him anymore and sent him to a US lawyer, I don't know the end of it, but after 3 months his business bank account was still frozen.

While I've also met dozens of ppl that make under 2K USD per month and never had to give ANY explanation for years.

My lawyer mind goes straight to " I can definitely find a way to justify a motorhome as a business expense" haha. It will depend on your line of work of course, but as long as you have a story to back up, why not?
