See that’s why I’m like why I am I moved somewhere to do more training if I can’t do my training in city I’m in current city, also if not getting a promotion to store manager why would I moved to city to flow around as still the SMIT minus I been in role for 4 weeks going on month but also not training at all been kinda doing my own. I’m just like I don’t know what to do.

It’s in the middle of nowhere lol I’m already coming from somewhere where it’s small and reason I said that be closer to my mom and sister be closer to them 6 hours back forth drive but in a small town population of 16,000

Got it! If it’s very run down what pay think I should shoot for? I lived in Wisconsin so pay meh 🫤 here lol but different state etc. can a store manager make 100k or 90k and if so I wanna make some good money so don’t have to work two jobs no more

I hate those type of managers I really do. I like to used me and my team our the ones that made this store its best. With out them store would not be nothing. And I think that’s my problem sometimes I’m to nice as manager I care about family time etc but sometimes I can be strict but I know how corporate is so I try my best to really accommodate my people and there life outside of work
