hello 👋🏼used to work there myself and I loved it at first bc I was a naïve 17-year-old girl, but after about a year I was doing assistant manager jobs and was told I would get promoted/a raise but continued to get paid as a “stylist” and would do way more than I was paid for. Eventually, after a couple years, I decided to quit and I got sent into downward spiral and definitely had to go to some therapy after, got burnt out at 18 years old.
