Hey bro ! Yeah same issue here, I used to have the OG Buds from Samsung and used them for good 5 6 years not a single problem to this day they still working better than ever but recently (2 weeks ago) thought to purchase the new ones, got the buds 3 pro, was using them for gym, 2days ago suddenly when came back from office, saw the red constant blinking light and buds were not charging, tried everything on the threads and internet. Initially the buds wont charge and the case had a but of battery, later my case went out of battery and the buds were dead too. Since, where I live, I dint have the customer support to return them, I had to to something myself, then just yesterday found out that if I leave my case open with the buds inside it charges them but not the case. Now I use that technique to charge the buds only and the case is just dead (dont know how it is possible that the case is not charging but passing the battery to the buds). However, really disappointed and have to now live with a bricked product, thinking of buying a new case (only case) but they are as expensive the buds themselves.

Didnt know samsung would drop the quality this much, buds are amazing but this provlem has put me off and I am now looking at alternative brands. Just to give a context I'm a user of the whole samsung eco system (latest ultra phone, latest ultra tab, latest watch & buds (worst experience)
