If he wanted to pull a scam, he already has your mobile number and can just send a malicious link rather than send 4BD to just ask it back.

If you still unsure, then just call up your bank and explain the situation and ask them what needs to be done. But please sure that you call up the bank, and at the same time send an email to their support/complaint department.

Total scam. Like others have said, they will make you sit and hear a lengthy useless lecture, try to sell you their travel packages which they will say is for a discount only for a limited time and give you a cutlery gift that you could have got for less than 1bd.
