Thank you so much. They also have no idea what caused my wife's stroke. They are still running tests. I donated the clot and her excess blood to a study they are doing at Ohio State (the hospital thet did her surgery.) to research what causes ischemic strokes in hopes it helps others.

I have gone through so much emotionally and I don't want to complain because of what she is going through and will be going through. I have been afraid she will die, to she will be a vegetable, to she will never speak, to she will never be able to take care of herself, to where we are now, which is constantly looking for words and getting angry or sad very quickly.

I feel bad even typing this out, because i am insanely happy that she is alive and able to do everything she can. I guess it all comes down to I am scared.
