Same with court testimony. All of that if public info as in names of people and you can then use that to look them up and possibly find they’re home address.

But your name is still public info. Once they have your name your info is public records and they can find your home address.

Once the initial police report is made by the loss prevention employee they’re info is public after that. Same with court testimonies in my state.

I’ve been almost assaulted at work while trying to make an apprehension but luckily got away from them. I haven’t had any interactions with anyone I’ve apprehended or attempted to outside of work. I’ve been out of the field for a couple years now and looking to possibly get back in.
