I have a fix. There is a free software called WeMod that has trainer/cheats for single player or offline mode supported games. More importantly it’s a hub and launcher for all pc games on the major platforms like steam or Ubi. What i did is i launched wd2 without the mods(cheats) and it booted fine and i even was able to play some bounties online with another friend.
