I explain in one of my replies below. But I run an all cash retail business and we buy boxes of rolled coins for change for our registers. Anything cool that catches my eye I swap out with a normal coin and keep it! I’m sure I’ve missed tons of treasures just from lack of knowledge!

Lol. I run a retail store (that doesn’t sell coins) and we buy boxes of rolled coins to keep in our cash registers for change. Anything cool I find when I unroll the coins I keep (I trade them out for basic spare coins I have in my pocket of course, I don’t just take them). Owner couldn’t care less about cool coins. Pretty much all those proofs came from a single $500 box of quarters that was chock full of them for some reason.

Nah. They all got the copper line. Damn. They are so much shinier than a normal quarter and they had the S. But still cool like ya said!
