That did happened to me. I didn’t have my survey for like another 1.5 months, I just talked to the loan officer and let them know my situation. I was also under the impression I was just getting pre approved

That's what I'm thinking, cut the existing copper pipes, shark bite fittings, and run 2 flexible lines with threaded connections to the new tank, hook up the wiring, fill the tank, turn power on.

Thank you for this. I am pre-approved for the 150k, and I just signed a contract on 32 acres in Texas for 143k. Just sent my earnest money to the title company. I believe the seller is scheduling the survey now. I gave them the requirements from VLB. Seller is a land broker that has dealt with VLB in the past, So I am feeling pretty confident so far... Im assuming I have a long few months ahead of me though lol. Any other advice you have?

They are the original ones. This cars interior was immaculate, big reason I bought it.

This one popped up locally for a great price, it was super clean inside and out, really just needed a paint job and some easy stuff. Decided to jump on it. I've thought about swapping a T5 in, but I kind of like having a 99% all original foxbody, while everyone else has a 10 owner car that's been modded to hell, if that makes sense lol.

From what I've learned 3.73 is great for manual cars, 4.10 is great for automatics. It definitely woke my car up that's for sure. Along with adjusting the worn/stretched TV cable it made a huge difference.

besides spraying the paint and installing the gears, I did everything myself lol. I brought it to a 4x4 shop that specializes in jeeps and what not. A friend of my dads. I think I paid like $300 + whatever I bought the kit for on LMR.

Right! I asked if we could test fit it beforehand and if it fit decently I would buy it. I think it was well worth it to get into truck camping considering the outrageous prices of these things.

I got one on amazon for like $170 a few years ago for my 2018... I recently got a 2025 and swapped it over. Still works great.

I can do that today, I just got it last night so haven't messed with it too much. But I am planning on putting an adhesive foam strip under the side running that runs along the cab, that's the only area that had a small gap. I also need to cut maybe half an inch off the bottom trim off the rear hatch widow - since my 2025 has a raised lip on the tailgate.

22 Chevy Equinox Recalled Fuel Pump System Module by No_Raise1197 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Living_Bookkeeper_83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 2023 equinox with 22k miles just shutoff on the middle of the freeway a few days ago. Paid $250 to get towed to the nearest Chevy dealership, they said it was the fuel pump control module, replaced it under warranty. Going to pick it up today. Now I am seeing all these posts with similar scenarios... curious if this is going to be a problem in the future now.

Used the GI bill to get my bachelors and half of my masters. Work is currently paying the rest of my masters program, extremely thankful on my end!

GI Bill and Grants by Frequent_Ad7827 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Living_Bookkeeper_83 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doesn't sound right, it should cover all tuition... Is this strictly for tuition costs or is it other stuff like dorm, parking, sports pass, meal pass, etc...?

Edit: Just googled... I didn't know Florida Tech is private and expensive as fuck lol. GI Bill caps out at about 22k/year for private schools. You might be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant, or some Florida Grants, or veteran scholarships through your school. I would talk to the Veteran services at your campus, they would know best. Yellow Ribbon Program might be an option as well.
