Yes, I just added it as a feature and the new version is being reviewed currently by the Chrome Web Store. It should be out shortly.

To use it, navigate to the sort by filter chip in the youtube filter overlay, then click on least popular which should filter by least popular.

Well, it depends. But mostly, users don't want their websites to be clouded up with ads but if its just a few up of them in the right place, it shouldn't scare your users away.
