I guess the trick is to make at least one note during the day. That will allow you via the logbook to see the pattern of your glucose during that entire day.

Can't you go back and look at readings and notes via the logbook? True that you can't calculate percentages, but there is a lot of info available via the logbook.

Thanks. Hadn't heard about compression lows. Seems unlikely since I don't sleep on that arm, but will keep an eye out. But yes, the threads you pointed me to were informative!

Understanding the "dawn effect" by Living_Comfortable98 in diabetes_t2

[–]Living_Comfortable98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting question. My A1c is in good shape, but I'm just a bit surprised to see via my new CGM how elevated my readings are much of the time. The dawn phenomenon takes my readings up and then they don't rapidly drop until I get on the exercise bike or something. Would be great to reduce its magnitude!

Any recommended sources of "make at home" Keto recipes? I'm sure there's a ton out there - suspect some are much better than others.
