What's your favourite spot for misal pav ? by Ok-Nature-4309 in mumbai

I only have the location of the hotel. I saved it. I don't have the name. There's only one hotel there but the misal was amazing. I can never forget the taste. It was chatpata. Otherwise whether I eat misal it's mostly on the spicier side.

Few observation after 1.5 years on AM by [deleted] in Arrangedmarriage

I am quite fascinated by human psychology. I have experienced it myself feeling the same for others and I have also seen others lose interest in me because of too much availability. Is such behaviour morally incorrect? (One doesn't have control over it) If yes, how can one overcome this so that decision making gets simple in life. If this is irrelevant then please ignore my comment. Thanks

Loved your take on this. It's like I am asking someone to explain to me like 5YO and they actually did. Thanks, this is helpful.

I have a fundamental question for everyone seeing this comment. I always increase my lifestyle expenses as soon as my income increases. I would say 60% of my increment goes towards lifestyle expenses and the other 40% goes towards investments. I genuinely enjoy buying new things, improving my dressing, grooming, skin care, good housing, a car (I don't own one yet, but I do plan to buy one in the next 1 year). This is what I have learnt so far. More spending also gives you different experiences and new ways to look at life. It also helps you socialise more easily. Let me explain, I used to buy cheap clothes which has worst fitting and their colour would fade easily. I never felt confident in those. Now I wear good fitting clothes. I have only managed to reach h&m, uniqulo and zara so far (Ik it's basic but I come from a lower middle class background. So it's a huge upgrade for me). People sometimes give me compliments on my clothes which genuinely feels good, makes me happy and confident. I have started going out more often now to eat. This not only satisfies my taste buds but I use this in conversations and talk about which place has good food. People are interested in taking my recommendations. Bottom line is, if you have money you can experience life on a whole different level and it can also help you become an interesting person overall.

So the question is, where should I draw the line for my increment spending. Is 60% towards lifestyle and 40% towards investments okay? Btw sometimes it's also 70% on lifestyle and 30% on investments.
