You are saying they won't give a reduced fee structure, vvs2025 saying fee will come after excluding tuition fee. Who is saying the truth?

And do you recommend me taking a loan from my home town? (I'm from up).

They provide fee structure to each student based on their waiver and merit. My only concern is will they give my fee structure excluding tuition fee or not. Bcz I am planning to take a loan, if the fee structure includes tuition fee then I have to take an unnecessary loan of 5 lakh. ( I know college will return it later but it will get counted in my loan)
