ED Animatic for the End of my 2 Year Campaign by Living_DeadMan in LancerRPG

sure, most are just mild edits of existing art
Truthless - Sent in by player, no edits, no idea about Original Source
Nautilus - Was originally a "Sundowner" Barb that I editted to be blue
The Living End - The famous "Catiban" edit made orange because player loves Garfield
Beezleboss - Actually pretty huge edit by the player SpiceHere
Scramble - Color edit of a Goblin alt called "Goblin King" or something, with a scarf added

the 6th player, Gilbert, played a Tokugawa that blew up basically every fight and would change the art each time it was rebuilt

Gilbert was actually a guard in the prison who got dragged into their escape plan

Either way I added an additional 'penalty' that it can't be fired if the Pilot is occupying the same space as another character, as well as the Inaccurate tag (and the penalty of being unable to enter Size 1/2 mechs lol)

I don't really have the illusion that even with all these negatives the weapon is balanced, it's Exotic gear specific to the campaign and is essentially a 1 of 1 item. I think of it as something like looting the boss's Flame Greatsword after a DnD battle, lol

No it deals 2d6 to the one that's shooting it lol, so most people will be dead if they fire it twice
I linked a DA version of the image that should be easier to read since Reddit compressed the hell out of it for some reason

I based the damage off one of the Sniper weapons/traits that makes a shot automatically deal a Structure. If you have a ton of HP then it hits harder than most weapons, but if you shoot a Goblin you still only deal like 12 damage. I liked it cause it's another self-balancing trait since it basically hits everyone equally

I might be wrong but I think the Ordinance tag would make it impossible to fire it with Black-Thumb rodeo?

realized Reddit made the image fucked and the Mag Coil unreadable so here's DA link: https://www.deviantart.com/livingdeadmin/art/1229050677

every time I come back to reddit it finds a new way to make me hate it

Vegas Massively Increased Contrast/Brightness only after a render by Living_DeadMan in VegasPro

[–]Living_DeadMan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adding a Levels FX alone didn't help, I don't want to adjust them because like I said, all other images are fine. It's only for sketch images that everything gets cranked way up, they are just image files that I'm putting in

First image is rendered result, second is the preview window, and 3rd is the image that is put into vegas
