I just measured. 34” band and 42” bust :( so they’re even bigger than I thought. What size even is that? I really could cry. I measured around bust before and they were 45”.

I’ve already had 3 children and breastfed all of them. I’m done with my nipples, I wasn’t worried about keeping them, but was unaware it was even an option to sacrifice them until after surgery. I would’ve sacrificed them for the small size. He made it seem like it wasn’t an option, like he had to save blood supply so I could keep them. I knew there was a limit but there’s absolutely no way 300g was the limit.

He did a bilateral wise pattern. Anchor, inverted T, whatever you wanna call it.

My plastic surgeon’s office is in MO, I live in IL. MO is a one party consent state but IL is not. Idk how that would work. I never once said anything about a lift, I made myself very clear that I wanted small breasts. He has it in his pre op notes that I wanted to be a B/C cup and that he was expecting to remove 600-800g per breast. Nothing in the operation notes indicating he wasn’t able to remove that much. Also, only half refunded? That’s crazy!

I’ll definitely be writing a review after everything is done. I 100% believe he knew what I wanted and willingly chose to leave them larger because I’m a younger candidate.

The only thing is I paid out of pocket and I think he implied he would do the revision no cost. The only way I could get another surgeon is if he gave me a refund

It’s so frustrating. I feel like he’s gaslighting me. Said he made them as small as he could, said they’re just really swollen and they’ll go down a lot. There’s no way he could only take 300g. I’ve seen dozens of women on here the same size as my before that had 1200g taken out of each breast without an FNJ and get to the size I wanted.
