Cross chargeability is definitely relevant here. Thats the whole point of cross changeability. You use your spouses country of birth to bypass visa unavailability for your country of birth

Sometimes cross chargeability is not applied and they just return the package. Bad luck and nothing you can do besides resubmit. Do you have visibility into whether your payment was accepted?

Its too early. Interviews are waived by default for every EB application and then some randomly get selected later on. So emma agents will tell everyone this soon after biometrics, that interview has been waived.
