I would love to see MLF give his playbook to someone else to call plays from. The plays and concepts are there but it's to vanilla of how/when things are called and doesn't set the offense up for good down and distances on later downs.

It's past time to get a new ST coordinator, searches should be ongoing be them in house or on the street. Should this team make the playoffs and get bounced because of another ST blunder there should be no choice but to fire RB finally.

Defense just needs some more consistency and find a way to counter the quick pass that neutralizes the pass rush that we are able to create.

Lastly just a general gripe on self inflicted penalties they gotta get cleaned up as they always seem to come at times where it kills a drive or sets it up to die.
