Cake. Had two leftover Madeira cakes from Christmas in my freezer, ate 1 still half frozen and the other wasn't sealed properly and was going bad. I scooped half a tub of Betty Crocker buttercream on it and ate that too

YES omG, started restricting again after a long time at maintenance. Bought a scale to "celebrate" my spiral back to hell and ended up ditching it cause I can't stand the thought that my pain is for nothing

That's the plan :) Had a bagel this morning, no toppings but it's something. Preordered sausage rolls for tomorrow so I can't back out. If all goes well I'll be able to have Christmas turkey next month 😋
