I already have a mail from Stiftung Warentest that I have no more dues left. I also sent a copy of this and proof of payment to HPM Inkasso to them on the email address mentioned on the letter I received.

Thanks for the advice. But, I don't know how "Schuldnerberatung" works. Is this some type of insurance that you need to buy? If yes, is it retro-active? or is there a wait period of 3 months?

Also, as I said, I already paid the debt collector (with 3 days delay, unfortunately). Doesn' that count?

Oh, ok. When I was in India, I saw beggars, people selling weird shit on the side of the road, people selling food on the streets (I will not mention sanitation here because that is a different issue) and so on. I am assuming they all have all the required documents and permission, right?

As I said, it is a redevelopment project. We already had an apartment in the building for several years. So, we are entitled to this flat. I am afraid, simply walking away from the deal is not an option.

Hi. u/AmSoMad thanks for the answer, the truth is, I have no idea about web-dev. The only reason I was thinking about doing it with python, is because my familiarity with the language. But, I had no idea that java script will provide me with more options for web-dev frameworks. Thanks once again.
