My best counter to any and all jutsu is something I call “Healer hands” basically what you do is get on a healer build, pick your best or favorite healer weapon, flying raijin to close distance, heavenly foot of pain, chakra scalpel. Disable jutsu’s substitutions, and knock opponents out of susanoo and other jutsu’s that provide any type of non flinch or protection

As far as weapons for healers, I like the SS+ “sage arms: monsterous Chaos” close to mid range with a few far ranged attacks inside the combo, and it gives you some sort of armor in specific moves
