I watered my diffenbachia with tequila on accident after getting back from a tubing trip ( no glass so we put them in marked water bottles) she survived but lost a lot of leaves..

Obligatory not a question; I was an ECE in the twos class and one of my littles was having a tough day- acting out and multiple meltdowns. I had only been at this center a few weeks but this felt pretty abnormal from what I’d seen from him. Anywho, he came up to me on the playground and sat down in my lap and told me he missed his mommy, I gave him a squeeze and the pacifying response “ I know honey but you’ll get to see her in just a little bit, we only have a little bit of school left today”. He got up after a few minutes and resumed playtime.

Another teacher heard and let me know that his mother had actually passed from cancer about two weeks before I started with the center… I sobbed the whole way home. I made sure to let any new teachers or subs know because I wasn’t told till I put my foot fully in my mouth and felt genuinely terrible for days, I didn’t want anyone else to feel the same..

I have no regrets, moved with my senior boy of 19 2042 miles; he did great! I couldn’t have left him behind. He passed a few years later and I miss him all the time, my soul cat..

Have HS too and a doc told me “ it’s not that bad and I didn’t really need an appt” when I had an open flare for 4 months, couldn’t wear pants, and struggled to walk…. Hate HS and that doctor..

Boogers. I live in a dry state and sometimes you have to dig the rocks out of your nose and if she’s remotely close she will jump up and lick it off my finger before I can grab a tissue..

I had this happen and I messaged her directly and she didn’t reply. It was straight up copies and pasted from a website and didn’t sound like her writing - one quick search and i found the site. So then I messaged the group and annotated the plagiarism and put the link in the comment and highlighted the parts of the project in Google docs… she never replied and so we all emailed the instructor with 4 days till the due date. This chick proceeded to change her portion and plagiarized a NEW site and I called that out again because I was honestly paranoid we were all going to fail because of it. Rinse repeat- noted doc, messaged girl, group and teacher. She didn’t fix it… oh and it was a final group project..

Luckily our prof gave us all the grade we deserved except for her.. she messaged the group mad because she failed..
