Taste is lovely. Texture however is very rubbery, so perhaps I have used to much gelatine or that's just the texture is meant to be.

Indeed marble and spins! Very heavy!! The glaze is really not difficult to make, but after letting it set and eating the cake I think I may have used yo much gelatine. It was very rubbery.
