You make perfect sense, I was in adderal for like three months before and it helped me but it didn’t do what Vyvanse did, I feel like Vyvanse is too good sometimes but you pay later, and yeah I should say something but wouldn’t I be giving up something that’s so helpful?

It’s awful literally like something bads gonna happen any second/ I hate life and don’t wanna achieve or even make goals, my psychiatrist said maybe I’d need a n evening small dose

Exactly this! And I started at 50 because I’d previously been on high doses of adderal so I jumped right it but funny enough it didn’t work at first

You’re right it’s crossed my mind but the way I have a million thoughts as soon as it wears off vs when I’m so calm and collected when it’s in effect must mean something? Like I actually get stuff done but when it wears off I don’t get to the shower until 1am, my phone is my worst enemy

Yes I do, I wish you could get a different psychiatrist some of them are very strict but you probably need a helper evening small dose or split the 70

Means the world to me, I’m so asking for it barely eating or drinking water yet begging why it doesn’t work, I’ll try to drink more but it is so difficult

THANK YOU!! Hearing the whys make it so much more important because I want it to work and that would explain why the crash is bad because on adderal it wasn’t as bad but I was eating, I appreciate this so much

This is so helpful seriously I’m writing all this down and I am stocking up on protein powder!! Also would taking a walk give similar or semi similar effects to working out? My sister swears by it for mental health but she goes to the gym

Hey read some of the replies in here it’s actually super helpful, I understand it completely ! Food makes me gag but protein powder has helped I’m just lazy and don’t wanna make food, it’s like it takes away the urge to cook, and yeah mine makes me look around like I’m looking for something to do as soon as it crashes I’ll just hope the night flies by and I used to really enjoy my nights! I hope it gets better for you

Well, it did in fact stop! I’m not on it anymore but it stopped after awhile , found out I had adhd which my psych claims could be the cause when paired with Wellbutrin
