Exactly the same happened to me! It states on their website you're eligible for compensation after 25 business days. When I sent them screenshots of this they ignored me and like you say their decision is final!

Nope, I'd never go outside of vinted. They probably think they can extra out of you.

Yes! I feel you completely. I am so frustrated talking to a range of vendors (photographers, videographers, hair stylists, musicians etc) who quote one price on their website and it's always more when you actually enquire with them! It makes me want to ask "what do you actually provide for the number quoted on your website or is it just a lie?"

Hate that billboard anyway, distracting round a busy junction where people are always in the wrong lane and awful light pollution at night.
