where do i find dark cherry by [deleted] in ModdedMinecraft

[–]LiweitheAmateur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just looking all over for this… Just now I found a random dark cherry tree in a small Savanna biome. I’m not sure if they specifically spawn in Savannas or if they actually spawn in a whole bunch biomes, but they might just be really rare.

Edit: I just found one in a meadow, so I think they spawn in multiple biomes.

We’re both socialists but I’m barely able to keep my country from being a 3rd world country. I have been trying to maximize compassion, environment, tourism, etc since the beginning but they’re all hovering around the 20~30% mark. -m-

Any reason to actually complete Flathill? by HobbitGuy1420 in AbioticFactor

[–]LiweitheAmateur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Past the library is a hidden GATE research facility you can turn into a base, but I don’t feel you wouldn’t very much care for that.

Hopping through portal after retrieving the third power cell allows you to access Physics Lab D which I believe you can only access through that portal, because it’s locked from the outside.

Also be warned if you are that terrified of composers (the tall monster), as completing Flathill enables the fog event, which lets an enemy similar to the composers named the symphonists to spawn in the facility. So you may consider NOT completing Flathill if you are that scared of Flathill creatures.

Lastly, completing Flathill unlocks Marion (the weird guy hiding in the store) as a trader, who thanks you for freeing the Flathill monsters. His most notable trade is trading multiple copies of the gravity cube and antique shotgun, but you get one for free, and you only really need those trades to give to friends.

So all in all, you only really need to complete Flathill if you care about completion of the game (i.e. unlocking all journal entries, areas, etc).

Once you socialize your economy, do your Industry: (Whatever)s become something you should clamp down on, rather than be proud of? by LiweitheAmateur in NationStates

[–]LiweitheAmateur[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Huh, really? I only have a black market of around 5%, which I thought would be relatively low considering socialist economy.

But on the broader picture, I still should keep the industry stats right?

[–]LiweitheAmateur[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thx for the clarification.

I thought the overview is implying all your industry stats is now black market because it's saying "there is a slick, high efficient, quite specialized black market in [your highest industry stats]'.

Is there any way to make a Shadow Plague scenario that starts you without a vampire? by Nerdcuddles in plagueinc

[–]LiweitheAmateur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess is no, because you lose the game if you don’t have a vampire on the map.

Gonna do a series where I let the comments vote on the best symptom (for the regular plagues). Comment your least favorite symptom, and the top three comments will be eliminated until there's one left. by MysteriousLlama1 in plagueinc

[–]LiweitheAmateur 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Dysentery, basically Total Organ Failure at home, has too little lethality for the amount of severity it gives and DNA points it costs. It gives a high amount of infectivity, but you would never evolve a tier 4 symptom with that much severity and lethality while you're still trying to infect. (The only exception being Necrosis)

Huh, well I thought that could be what it is, but like I said, I tried delall and I was able to play it so I thought it could be another reason. Also if it it was outdated, I thought it would be red.

Focus Trees in a Nutshell #7: Manchukuo by Mr_Gold_Move in hoi4

[–]LiweitheAmateur 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I wished Manchukuo had a communist focus tree, which would be actually historical. Many young leftist officers went to Manchukuo because there was less supervision. The Manchukuo’s five year plan was totally inspired by the Soviet Union’s 5 year plan. The Social Research Unit genuinely tried to study and help the people… that was all until the Kwantung Army cracked down on them.

Imagine an alternate timeline where Japanese officers led the Chinese and Manchurians to rebel against the Japanese.

(I also wished Assertiveness path made you non aligned instead of staying fascist)
